Shipping and Returns


Your order will be processed after payment is confirmed and will be delivered within the period specified during the purchase flow after setting the delivery address and before confirming your order. All orders are shipped from Portugal and the delivery time depends on the destination country of your order.

Depending on the destination country, the packages are delivered to CTT, GLS or MRW who may subcontract other carriers to finalize the delivery to the recipient.

Shipping costs, which will be calculated after setting the delivery address and displayed on the order confirmation page, include handling and packaging costs, as well as transportation costs.

For orders sent outside the European Union and, as such, subject to customs verification, the delivery time may be longer than advertised. All customs costs and taxes are not included and will be the responsibility of the recipient and paid upon delivery.

DecoraNaNet is not responsible for any delays caused by the Post Office or other carrier.


In case you need to return any product of your order, you must contact our customer support in advance within 14 days after purchase. We can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products cannot be open;
  • The products must be intact and in the original packaging (in perfect condition for sale);
  • It does not include products that have been manufactured specifically for you.

The value of returned products will be credited upon receipt and verification of product condition. Transport costs related to the return or exchange of products should be supported by the customer.
